Nia Davis

Nia K. Davis is a third-generation social change agent who began justice work at the age of six. Professionally, Nia has spent the past 21 years leading, consulting, and designing learning experiences in the nonprofit and public sectors. Nia's consulting work involves advising nonprofit leaders on the benefits of results-based practices and guiding them through program evaluations as a learning experience, strategic planning, and professional growth and leadership development. She has trained experienced and emerging nonprofit leaders domestically and globally.
Nia received her bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a master's degree from the University of New Orleans. She is currently a doctoral candidate in executive leadership at the University of Holy Cross. In her free time, Nia serves her beloved community through board leadership and as a systems disrupter for affordable housing and black business growth through speaking engagements and various written and digital formats.
Personal Motto- Marvin Gaye's "Inner City Blues" serves as the linchpin of my Northstar. As long as people experience these "inner city blues," I know there is work to be done.
